FRAMEWORK MANAGEMENT | METHODOLOGY

Last June, The Value Chain Associates was pleased to work with Cordys to offer a joint presentation on orchestrations in a service oriented architecture enterprise.  This presentation was comprised of two parts. 

The first part showed the use of ValueScape as a tool for planning the services interactions using business process semantics to enable the business architects to plan the business model using the terminology, practices and metrics of the process stakeholders.  The resulting process model could then be exported as a XML document for import into the services orchestration environment offered by Cordys.  From there, the process model provided a definitive framework that could be fleshed out using the Cordys Business Operations Platform toolset into an actual working system. This proof of concept demonstration is presented below in two parts.
